Both Liverpool and Manchester City will have players on the sidelines through injury for today's massive match.
The Reds host City at Anfield in the top-of-the-table fixture in the Premier League (3.45pm kick-off). Liverpool currently hold a one-point advantage over their rivals in the league table, which could extend to a four-point lead with victory on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp's team recorded a 5-1 win over Sparta Prague in the Europa League in midweek. Man City, meanwhile, defeated FC Copenhagen 3-1 in the Champions League.
Liverpool will be without at least nine key players from their squad due to injury. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker, Diogo Jota, Curtis Jones, Ryan Gravenberch, Joel Matip, Thiago Alcantara, Stefan Bajcetic and Ben Doak are all on the sidelines for the big clash.

Ibrahima Konate is also an injury doubt for the Reds. The centre-back was substituted in the second half during the win over Sparta Prague on Thursday night with a fitness issue, and Klopp said on Friday that he was unsure at the time if Konate would be available.
City will also be without some of their key stars for the trip to Liverpool. Jack Grealish is almost certain not to be involved, as he continues to recover from a groin injury.
Grealish has missed Man City's last two matches but has been dealing with the injury since mid-February. The England international has played just 38 minutes of football since he first sustained the injury on February 13.
Jeremy Doku is another player who is an injury doubt for City. The forward was absent from the win over Copenhagen on Wednesday
