Manchester United handed £51.4m Gleison Bremer boost and other transfer rumours
Manchester United have been handed a potential boost in their hopes of signing Juventus defender Gleison Bremer this summer, according to reports in Italy.
United have been repeatedly named as long-term admirers of the Brazil international. The club looking to complete an overhaul of their defence at the end of the season with Bremer reportedly emerging as the number one target for potential incoming sporting director Dan Ashworth.
Previous reports, via TEAMtalk claim that United have already drawn up a major €60 million (£51.4 million) offer for the centre-back. It now seems that Juve are warming to a possible sale.

According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve are preparing moves for replacements for Bremer in the summer. Bologna star Riccardo Calafiori has emerged as the key target for the Serie A side, if they can complete a move, then it opens the door for Bremer to move to Old Trafford.
Elsewhere, Crystal Palace are also reportedly putting plans into place in case they list Marc Guehi this summer. The England man is one of the highest rated defenders in the Premier League with United one of the teams said to be showing an interest.
According to the Telegraph, Palace are now putting together a list of centre-back targets to potentially replace the 23-year-old in the summer transfer window.
Guehi will have just two years remaining on his contract at Selhurst Park when the summer window comes around, meaning that unless he signs a new deal, then it will be the club’s last chance to earn a significant fee for the player.
