L’Équipe are reporting that Olympique de Marseille are interested in Lokomotiv Moscow forward Wilson Isidor (22). However, Les Phocéens will have to sell before they buy.
Isidor came through the ranks at Stade Rennais before moving to AS Monaco. However, the France U21 international failed to break through at the Principality club and failed to score in 12 appearances for the side. As a result, Isidor left for Russia in January 2022, and since joining Lokomotiv Moscow, he has flourished.
In 40 games for the Russian side, Isidor has 19 goals and seven assists. He may now make his return to Ligue 1, according to L’Équipe. Marseille are interested in the forward and are working on a permanent transfer. However, before repatriating the Frenchman, OM must first sell. Cenzig Ünder and Ruslan Malinovskyi are both strongly linked with departures. Back in January, Isidor was close to moving to Olympique Lyonnais and FC Lorient, but ultimately, he remained with Lokomotiv Moscow.
