Nigerian international Michelle Alozie scored a spectacular goal as Houston Dash played a 1-1 draw with Kansas City Current in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
It was her second goal of the season, having made 13 appearances for the Houston-based outfit this campaign.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 51st minute of the encounter, but the Nigerian drew her side level in the 67th minute.
Alozie received the ball in the opposition area and then raced towards the box, before firing into the far corner, sending the home fans wild.
The encounter ended 1-1, and Houston Dash remain in ninth place on 20 points in the 12-team league table.
