Nottingham Forest get their pre-season fixtures underway with a clash against near-neighbours Notts County this weekend.
Steve Cooper's side are set to make the short trip over Trent Bridge as they begin their preparations for the new Premier League season.
Forest are gearing up for their second campaign in the top-flight having narrowly avoided relegation last term.
They will now renew hostilities with their local rivals for the first time since July 2022, when they played out a 2-2 draw.
Notts County will be back in the Football League next season following their penalty shootout win over Chesterfield in the National League play-off final.
Luke Williams' men have had a mixed start to their pre-season however, having swept aside Nuneaton Town 3-0 before they were smashed 5-1 by Championship outfit Stoke City.
This pre-season clash is set to take place on Saturday, July 15.
Kick-off at Meadow Lane is set for 1pm.
The game is set to be shown live on Forest TV, along with the Tricky Trees' other pre-season fixtures.
Prices are yet to be confirmed but last year streaming passes were priced at £5 to watch the club's friendlies with commentary.
Morgan Gibbs-White won't be available for the visitors following his heroics in England U21's Euro triumph last weekend.
