Roy Keane has explained why he was "more impressed" by one of Jayden Danns' goals for Liverpool against Southampton.
The Reds claimed a 3-0 victory over the Saints in the FA Cup fifth-round tie at Anfield on Wednesday night. Lewis Koumas scored in the first half time giving Liverpool a 1-0 lead at the interval.
Danns replaced Koumas as a substitute in the second half and scored two goals in front of the Kop to seal the victory for Liverpool. The 18-year-old's first goal came after a chip over Southampton goalkeeper Joe Lumley as he ran onto a Harvey Elliott pass.
The second goal from Danns came as he latched onto a rebound from a Lumley save after a Conor Bradley strike. After both goals, Danns ran towards the Kop with euphoric celebrations as he was joined by his teammates, with the victory setting up a quarter-final tie away at Manchester United.
