Spurs star Son Heung-min and PSG's Lee Kang-in have apologised to each other after a bust-up during South Korea's Asian Cup campaign.
There was a reported confrontation between the pair ahead of South Korea's semi-final, which led to the Tottenham player suffering a dislocated finger after Lee tried to punch him.
South Korea lost to Jordan at the semi-final stage, which ultimately cost Jurgen Klinsmann his job as the national team manager.
Now both stars have taken to Instagram to apologise to each other - and the country - for their actions.
The PSG star shared his apology message first, with a black screen, before Son shared his own words on the matter - along with an image of the pair meeting at a hotel in London to clear the air.
Lee said his 'deep thinking and dishonest behaviour' had left the team and fans 'disappointed' - and acknowledged that he lacked respect and dedication to the South Korean national side.
He felt it was important to travel to the English capital to apologise in person, writing: 'I thank Heung Min again through this article for his warm welcome and response to my visit to London.'
He admitted: 'I did something I should never have done at the dining room that day.'
The 23-year-old winger added: 'Despite receiving excessive expectations and support, I apologize once again for disappointing football fans for being an exemplary image and character that I should have as a Korean national player.'
He vowed to 'work harder and devote himself to his development as both a football player and a person', before apologising again.
As national team captain, Son acknowledged Lee's apology - and admitted that he had also 'made a lot of mistakes' as a younger player.
