Supercomputer predicts Arsenal Premier League title race finish ahead of huge Man City clash

Arsenal have been tipped to just miss out on the Premier League title ahead of their huge top-of-the-table clash with Manchester City this weekend, according to the latest Supercomputer prediction.

The Gunners return to domestic action this weekend in pole position to win the title. They are also in high spirits too after beating Porto in the Champions League last time out.

As it stands, Mikel Arteta's side are only top on goal difference with Liverpool breathing down their necks. City are just one point worse off than the top two, but this weekend could see a significant shift in the standings.

After Liverpool have hosted Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield, Pep Guardiola's City and the Gunners face off at the Etihad Stadium. The winner of this match will likely emerge as the favourite for the league title.

However, a draw could put Liverpool in pole position, particularly if they can overcome Brighton. Ahead of the weekend's games, Net World Sports unveiled a new supercomputer to predict the final outcome of the Premier League.

Their findings suggest that Liverpool are on track to clinch the Premier League title by a single point over Arsenal and City. They're predicted to finish with 85 points, giving them a 38.8 per cent chance of winning the title — a 3.7 per cent increase from February's odds.
