Ticketmaster has issued an update as Taylor Swift's Eras Tour nears.
The international tour will head to the UK this summer, when it visits Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, Dublin and London with sold out shows. After bagging tour tickets, some Taylor Swift fans were left worried that a ticket policy could see them miss out on the concert entirely.
Those lucky enough to get their hands on tickets were told that the "lead booker", meaning the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets, would need to attend the event in person. That meant that if someone bought a ticket for another person, they wouldn't be able to transfer the ticket.

However Ticketmaster has now reached out to fans to tell them that there has been a change to the terms and conditions relating to Taylor Swift. The "lead booker policy" has been removed, meaning that the person whose name is on the Ticketmaster account used to purchase tickets is no longer required to attend the event.
In Liverpool, Taylor Swift will take over Anfield Stadium with support from Paramore from Thursday, June 13 to Saturday, June 15. The superstar will then head to Principality Stadium in Cardiff, before heading onto Wembley in London and Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
