Dominik Szoboszlai believes he is now back to full fitness after overcoming a hamstring injury, but insists he is yet to show his best form in a Liverpool shirt.
The Hungarian joined the Reds in a £60m switch from RB Leipzig last summer, and enjoyed a breathtaking start to life at Anfield as he established himself as a firm fan-favourite. However, a hamstring injury picked up against Newcastle United on New Year's Day ultimately derailed his progress.
Initially returning at the end of January, he scored in the 4-1 victory over Chelsea only to aggravate the issue. He consequently missed the Reds' next six matches, including the League Cup final win over the Londoners.
Returning as a substitute against Nottingham Forest earlier this month, he scored off the bench against Sparta Prague last week before starting the weekend's draw with Man City. And ahead of the return leg with the Czech outfit at Anfield on Thursday, Szoboszlai has declared he is raring to go and put his injury woes behind him once and for all.

"Yeah, I am back so I don’t feel any pain," he said. "Hopefully it stays like that, also for the future. It is the worst thing that can happen to you, to be injured and to not be allowed to help the team, even if you want, and you are watching from television or from the stands.
