Treaty United 0 Finn Harps 1
Captain Tony McNamee pounced for the only goal of the game to move Finn Harps up to second place in the second tier. In doing so, Kevin McHugh’s side end Treaty United’s five game unbeaten start.
While the crowd fell from the 3,000-plus that attended last week’s stalemate with Cork City, 1,712 spectators still represents a healthy following for United.
They saw their side turn in arguably their flattest performance on a night where they were without the normally influential Lee Devitt through suspension.
Goal difference of just one goal had separated these sides prior to the clash, but the away side were the aggressors and hunted the win, wasting a number of chances before taking the lead entering the final ten minutes.

Kevin McHugh’s side would have the ball in the net though Ferry on 33 minutes. Success Edogun brought a save from Corey Chambers with Ferry too eager on the follow up, straying offside before slamming home.
Mark Walsh had a header superbly clawed away by Tim-Oilver Hiemer in the Harps goal, in what was the only real effort by Tommy Barrett’s men in the opening half. The 5-3-2 formation of the Donegal side stifled the Limerick outfit with Enda Curran cutting an isolated and frustrated figure in attack.
Stephen Doherty wasted a wonderful opening shortly after the interval. Edogun raced clear, before squaring for Doherty who managed to somehow miss the target at the back post. Egogun was off target with another glorious chance just three minutes
