Tottenham confirmed team vs Leicester: Son back in the team, Harry Kane captain but Ndombele out
Ange Postecoglou has named his second ever Tottenham Hotspur team as they face Leicester City in Bangkok on Sunday afternoon.
Once again the Spurs boss has stuck with the team he was putting through its paces against a shadow XI in training in the day ahead of the game.
Harry Kane captains the side once again with Son Heung-min returning alongside him and Dejan Kulusevski. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg comes into the centre of midfield alongside Yves Bissouma and James Maddison.
Cristian Romero and Ben Davies pair up in the centre of defence with Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie the full-backs ahead of goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.
Postecoglou said that he would be looking to give most players 60 minutes of action to increase their fitness levels ahead of the coming season.
He has only named 11 players on the bench meaning a number miss out as they get back to fitness, including Tanguy Ndombele who was training again on Saturday after his ankle knock.
