Tottenham should make a £30m transfer deal with Newcastle, involving four players, for striker Alexander Isak according to former midfielder Jamie O'Hara. He's keen to see his old team snap up Newcastle United's star striker and has even suggested Richarlison as one of four players who could be part of a swap deal.
Isak has been a standout player for Newcastle since his move from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2022. He scored for the fourth Premier League match in a row on Tuesday night, opening the scoring in the 1-1 draw against Everton.
However, there are worries about the Premier League's Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSRs), leading to suggestions that the Toon might need to sell some players in the summer.
Arsenal have shown interest in Isak, but Newcastle boss Eddie Howe warned them off just last week. The players himself has also said that he is taking no more questions on his future.
Given Isak's impressive performances for Newcastle since he joined, it's no shock that other clubs might be interested. O'Hara wants Spurs to make a move and has proposed a way they could do it without breaking the bank.
«Newcastle might have to sell Isak and I know Spurs would love him,» he said on talkSPORT on Tuesday night. «It is a step forward for Isak.
