Trent Alexander-Arnold has insisted Liverpool have to put their disappointment aside and move on from their controversial defeat to Tottenham on Saturday.

The PGMOL would describe the mistake as a ‘significant human error’, with the officials’ audio being made public on Tuesday following a formal request from Liverpool to receive it. Manager Jurgen Klopp has since declared that he believes the game should be replayed.
The Reds are back in action at home to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in the Europa League on Thursday night, before travelling to Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday in their final Premier League clash before the October international break.

And Alexander-Arnold has revealed that the Liverpool dressing room, although disappointed about Saturday’s result, are looking to move on from the controversial manner of the loss in the capital and are fully focussed on bouncing back in their upcoming games.
“What happened (on Saturday)?,” he joked when asked by reporters how the dressing room was feeling after the controversial defeat. “Yeah, we’ve spoken about things but our focus is on the game tomorrow now.
“Nothing we can do as players about what has gone. For us, it’s past. We now focus on a different competition and a big, big three points for what we want to achieve.
