He was seen sunbathing with his wife Melanie, 35, and playing football on the beach during their sun-soaked holiday.
For the fun-filled beach day, Theo showed off his muscular frame and intricate tattoos as he went shirtless in black board shorts.
His wife Melanie showed off her incredible figure in a mint green bikini as she relaxed on her deckchair before enjoying a dip in the sea.
She shielded her eyes with a pair of oversized sunglasses and appeared in jovial spirits as she flashed a huge smile while paddling in the sea.
Though he has retired from football, Theo threw himself into a quick match on the beach as he showed off his skills.
Theo and Melanie tied the knot back in a romantic ceremony in Italy in 2013 and they share two sons Finley, nine, and Arlo, seven.
Last summer, Theo announced his retirement from sport after being Premier League regular since 2006.
The England forward made the decision to hang up his boots at the age of 34 and explore other avenues outside of the sport.
In September, he made his debut as a pundit for Sky Sports Super Sunday and admitted that life after football is 'scary' as he appeared on screen.
He said: 'You don't retire from life and now I feel like the world has opened up and I want to adventure and try new things. It's exciting but scary.
'I'd be lying if I said it was fine.'
Theo started his career at Southampton before making the headline-grabbing move to Arsenal in January 2006, aged just 16.
He was then sensationally called-up to Sven Goran Eriksson's England
