A wasteful Spurs have been made to pay after West Ham drew level in a their Premier League clash on Friday.
Jarrod Bowen capitalised on some fortune after Mohammed Kudus’ shot deflected off both Tottenham centre-backs into his path. The West Ham star found himself in the right place at the right time to fire home past Vicario to level the scores at 1-1. It was his 50th goal for the Hammers.
Earlier Cristian Romero needed just 11 minutes to make an impact on his return for Tottenham Hotspur, rising highest to nod home a Pedro Porro corner to give the home side a 1-0 lead.
Romero, making his return from a three-game suspension after being sent off in the rollercoaster 4-1 defeat to Chelsea, was thrust back into the starting lineup by Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou.

And the Argentinian defender didn’t need to wait long to influence the contest.
He leapt up from just outside the six-yard box and flicked a looping header past West Ham goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski who could not move across his line in time.
While Spurs dominated the first 45 minutes they could easily have entered the break level.
In the 44th minute West Ham broke down the right with Mohammed Kudus delivering a pinpoint cross which found Lucas Paqueta at the back post.
Pacqueta put the header wide of the target in what could be a pivotal moment of the London derby.
Spurs then almost immediately made West Ham pay. Giovani Lo Celso whipped in a cross for Son Heung-min only for Kurt Zouma to deflect it onto the post. The resulting corner was then headed over to close out a dominant half for Spurs
