The German player's words were quickly answered by a teammate, Jules Kounde. Without quoting him directly, the Frenchman reprimanded the German and defended the Uruguayan.
"A huge disappointment not to qualify for the semis when we had everything to do so. By the way, we win as a team and lose as a team, always," Kounde wrote on his social media.
