West Ham could be without star name against Liverpool as David Moyes makes title claim
Liverpool could be handed a boost as David Moyes revealed that Jarrod Bowen will have to be assessed ahead of West Ham United's visit to Anfield.
The Reds are back in Premier League action on Sunday after extending their win streak to five matches in last night's Europa League Group E opener against LASK.
The Hammers were also involved in the same competition last night and emulated the Reds by coming from behind to beat Backa Topola 3-1 at the London Stadium.

Whilst Jurgen Klopp will not sit in front of the media again before Sunday, Moyes had a number of topics to address in the aftermath and took part in another press conference on Friday.
Star winger Jarrod Bowen - who has been linked with replacing Mohamed Salah should the 31-year-old ever depart Merseyside - was a major absentee from last night's match. The Englishman has scored three goals and provided one assist having been fit enough to feature in all five of his side's league fixtures in the 2023/24 season.
But Moyes was able to confirm the reason Bowen was missing - an illness - and that his situation is touch and go ahead of the trip to Liverpool.
"Jarrod Bowen has had a virus so we'll need to see how he is, But the others, we seem okay. Aaron Cresswell felt his hamstring last night so we'll see how he is today, but otherwise we're okay."
The former Everton boss is also wary of the Reds capability of grinding out results, something that was displayed again in Austria as Klopp rallied his squad to come from behind for the fourth time this campaign.
