Arsenal take on Nottingham Forest in their Premier League opener this weekend as they look to build another title challenge.
The Gunners sat eight points clear at the top of the table after 29 matches last season before just two wins from their next seven handed Manchester City top spot.
Mikel Arteta’s side will have memories of their slip fresh in their minds with all focus this campaign on going one step further and lifting some silverware.
In the game that saw Man City officially crowned champions, the north London outfit fell to a 1-0 defeat to Forest in May.
That result confirmed Forest's Premier League survival, who will also be looking to avoid similar relegation worries this time around.
This Premier League clash will take place on Saturday, August 12.
Kick-off at the Emirates Stadium will take place at 12:30pm.
The game will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, which is the new name for BT Sport 1.
If you are already subscribed to BT Sport via a provider or the Monthly Pass, the service will continue but just under the broadcaster’s new name.
It will cost new customers from £29.99 per month to access all sports including Premier League and Champions League football.
