Ben White was pictured back in Arsenal training on Tuesday afternoon after returning from his holiday in Dubai during the international break.
White made headlines a fortnight ago when he rejected the chance to join the England camp for their friendlies against Brazil and Belgium over the current break.
The Arsenal defender did so after he had reportedly clashed with England assistant Steve Holland at the Qatar World Cup, which led to him leaving the camp during the tournament.
Amid the discussions over his decision, the Gunners star jetted off on holiday with his wife for a warm-weather break as the Three Lions continued their preparations.
Now, ahead of Arsenal's crunch match with title rivals Manchester City on Sunday afternoon, the 26-year-old has returned to the club to step up preparations.
White was seen getting to work with the ball during the training session, as well as getting up to speed with some fitness drills on the day.
Meanwhile, Gareth Southgate's England side will be putting the final touches on their preparations for their clash with Belgium on Tuesday evening.
On Saturday, when the Three Lions lost 1-0 to Brazil in their first defeat at Wembley for 21 games, White's wife, Milly Adams, shared a snap of the two playing cards in Dubai.
The couple appeared to be at Kyma Beach, in Dubai, with the pair lounging on chairs on the sand with a picturesque pool and backdrop behind them.
The seemingly harmless post did seem to cause issue with some, however, as Jeff Stelling took aim at the Arsenal star while on a talkSPORT broadcast.
