Ange Postecoglou has revealed that Richarlison will miss Tottenham's Premier League match against Nottingham Forest through injury. Having only just recently returned to action prior to last month's international break following a knee injury, Postecoglou has confirmed that the Brazilian has had a «bit of a niggle» with his knee and will now sit out this weekend's fixture.
However, it is not something that should keep him out for a period of time as he looks set to return to the Tottenham squad the following week against Newcastle United. That means Dejan Kulusevski will be fighting it out with Brennan Johnson, Timo Werner and Son Heung-min for a starting spot against the East Midlands club.
Speaking to SPURSPLAY about the latest on the injury front going into this weekend, the Australian said: «Yeah not too bad, the only one from the other night is Richy.

»He's had a bit of a niggle with his knee so we'll probably give him this weekend off just to get totally over it and hopefully he'll be ready for Newcastle next week. Everyone else got through the game well and are ready to go."
On the longer term injuries with Manor Solomon, Fraser Forster and Ryan Sessegnon still in the treatment room, Postecoglou revealed that the trio are unlikely to feature again this season.
He said: «Manor, Frase and Sess are unlikely to be involved again this year but they are in rehab.»
