Arsenal vs RC Lens TV channel, live stream and how to watch Champions League

Arsenal can secure their name in the UEFA Champions League last 16 this evening when they welcome RC Lens to the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners have won three of their four group games so far this competition, with the back-to-back victories over Sevilla putting them in a prime position to top the group. Their only defeat in the competition came in France, going down 2-1 at Lens in October.

Mikel Arteta's men know that victory in north London this evening will ensure they go into the last 16 draw (Monday 18 December) as group winners. In fact, Arsenal's spot in the last 16 could be secured before a ball is kicked should Sevilla defeat PSV Eindhoven (5.45pm kick-off).

Lens' hopes of qualifying for the knockout stage remain alive with two games remaining. Should Franck Haise's men lose at Arsenal, they must hope the result goes their way in Spain and then beat Sevilla on Tuesday December 12.

After beating the Gunners, Lens managed just one win in their next six games. Since losing 1-0 to PSV in their last Champions League fixture, the French side have defeated Marseille and Clermont Foot — rising to sixth in Ligue 1.

Tonight will be the first meeting between the two sides in London since Arsenal won 1-0 in the UEFA Cup semi-final back in April 2000. That'll do for Arteta tonight.
