It was a busy 12 hours in the world of Tottenham Hotspur as Ange Postecoglou's side played out a 1-1 derby draw at West Ham and at 8am the following morning announced their latest set of financial results amid plenty of scrutiny.
Spurs' performance at the London Stadium was mixed. Destiny Udogie had raided up the left, played the ball to Rodrigo Bentancur, who after some nifty footwork sent Werner away and it was the German's fifth direct goal involvement in his 10 Premier League matches.
For Brennan Johnson, his goal made it 12 goal involvements in his 27 league matches this season and his ninth in his past 13 games.
