Alphonso Davies has a contract until 2025 with Bayern Munich. As a result, this summer's transfer window is a notable opportunity for Real Madrid, who are interested in him, to make an offer for his services.
The matter is being managed, since three weeks, by the new sporting director Max Eberl, who has been quite clear about it in 'Bild'.
"We have made Alphonso a very concrete and grateful offer. At some point in life, you have to say yes or no," he said. In fact, the media itself claims that the salary proposal is between 13 and 14 million euros a year.
Asked directly if he has been talking to the Spanish side, the manager replied: "Real Madrid have not contacted us. Negotiations [to renew Davies] have been going on for a long time but, last summer, they broke down a little bit. We are dealing with the problem," he explained.
