Roberto De Zerbi was filmed wildly gesticulating and stamping his feet in a shock strop during Brighton's clash at West Ham on Tuesday night.
It's not clear what made the Italian so angry but the Sky Sports cameras caught De Zerbi looking furious at what he was seeing early on at the London Stadium.
The 44-year-old has done a fantastic job with Brighton since replacing Graham Potter as Seagulls boss early last season.
De Zerbi helped them reach the Europa League last season with a sixth-placed finish in the Premier League.
They've made it safely through to the knockout stage in their European debut, finishing top of a group which consisted of Marseille and Ajax.
Brighton are in the hunt to finish in the European spots in the Premier League table with a result against the sixth-placed Hammers enough to put them above Manchester United in seventh.
