Bukayo Saka and Harry Kane share unlikely moment as striker makes Arsenal penalty jibe

England teammates Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka embraced each other and had a brief conversation after Arsenal's 2-2 Champions League draw with Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

Both men were on the scoresheet during a thrilling encounter at the Emirates Stadium.Saka gave the Gunners the lead after just 12 minutes before former winger Serge Gnabry equalised for the German champions.

Kane came back to haunt his former north London rivals just after the half-hour mark with a cool penalty. However, it was not enough to secure a slender advantage in the quarter-final tie as Leandro Trossard ensured there would be nothing separating the two teams at the Allianz Arena.

However, Arsenal felt they should have been allowed the opportunity to win the first leg in stoppage time when Manuel Neuer brought down Saka but the strong appeals were waved away. After the full-time whistle, a frustrated Saka was seen pointing towards the end where he was brought down as he embraced his international teammate.

While it was unclear what was said between the two forwards, Kane was seen smiling as he headed towards the tunnel. In his post-match media commitments, the former Tottenham Hotspur striker took a cheeky dig at Arsenal.

«I get a lot of pens against Arsenal especially here at the Emirates so they kind of hand the opportunities to me,» he joked with CBS Sports. Kane and Saka will be putting any club rivalries to one side this summer when they head off to Euro 2024 with the Three Lions.
