Chelsea's player ratings for EA FC 24 have officially been announced, with the Blues' squad being one of their lowest rated in years.
EA FC 24 is the first instalment of the new EA Sports FC game series, replacing the popular FIFA franchise that has come to an end after 30 years. The new game will be released worldwide on Friday, September 29, and ahead of the official release, EA has started to reveal the player ratings for every Premier League club, including Chelsea.
After a disappointing 2022/23 season that saw Chelsea finish 12th in the Premier League and trophyless, the Blues have entered the new campaign with a new look squad following a huge clearout and 12 new signings. But, with Chelsea putting such a big focus on young talent in the transfer window, the Blues have a low-rated squad in EA FC 24, whilst many of last season's squad have either remained the same rating or downgraded.
Here are all the official Chelsea player ratings in EA FC 24.
All EA FC 24 player ratings are out of 99, with the four highest-rated players in the game being Kylian Mbappe, Alexia Putellas, Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne, who are all rated at 91 overall.
Lesley Ugochukwu — 73
Christopher Nkunku is the highest-rated player in the Chelsea squad, with the Frenchman rated 86 overall. Thiago Silva, Reece James and Raheem Sterling are also highly rated at 84, 84 and 83 respectively, but apart from the quartet, the Blues have barely any high-rated players in their squad.
New signings, Nicolas Jackson, Moises Caicedo, Malo Gusto, Robert Sanchez, Cole Palmer, Axel Disasi are all expected to play regularly for Chelsea this season, but they are comparatively low-rated in EA FC 24, with Caicedo the highest-rated of the bunch at 80 overall. Enzo
