Lionel Messi and Inter Miami new man Luis Suarez were once again blanked in the club's second preseason match vs. FC Dallas, though the pair showed glimpses of the deadly partnership they formed at Barcelona.
At a rainy, sparsely-populated Cotton Bowl in Arlington, Texas, Messi and Suarez played 64 minutes as the hosts won 1-0. Miami drew its first preseason contest vs. El Salvador 0-0.
