David Healy has described Steven Davis as Northern Ireland’s greatest midfielder declaring that he is up there with the legendary George Best and Pat Jennings as the finest players to represent the country.
Forever linked as the scorer and creator of one of Northern Ireland’s most famous and celebrated goals against England at Windsor Park in 2005, Healy has hailed Davis as an inspirational figure in the nation’s football history after the Rangers hero announced his retirement from playing at the age of 39.
