The fallout from Everton being docked 10 points after being found guilty of breaching the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules continues.
Everton will send their appeal against the immediate 10-point deduction that was placed on them on November 17 ahead of the deadline this Friday. The Goodison Park club’s appeal will be heard before an entirely different set of individuals from the first independent commission, but the ECHO also understands that the Premier League still appoints the panellists on the commission.
