Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has shared his thoughts on who should be the next Liverpool manager, and he admits people might think he's crazy. The question of who will take over from Jurgen Klopp is still up in the air.
Despite the news that Klopp will leave at the end of the season, Liverpool are still chasing an amazing four trophies. They've already won the Carabao Cup and have it all to play for in the Premier League, Europa League and FA Cup.
On Thursday, they play Sparta Prague in the first leg of the round-of-16 tie. After that, the Reds head back to Merseyside for a big match against title rivals Manchester City on Sunday, a day after Arsenal could go top of the league with a win against Brentford on Saturday.
Liverpool have also made it to the FA Cup quarter-finals, where they'll play Manchester United. It's going to be an exciting end to Klopp's nine-year time with the club.
But while all this is happening, the club's owners FSG need to find a new manager, reports the Liverpool Echo. Xabi Alonso, who won the Champions League with Liverpool in 2005 and is doing great things as manager of Bayer Leverkusen, is the favourite.
Ruben Amorim, the highly-rated manager of Sporting CP in Portugal, is also thought to be a contender. Roberto De Zerbi from Brighton and Hove Albion and Julian Nagelsmann, the current Germany boss, have also been mentioned.
