Liverpool will be without a string of first-team players for the mammoth Premier League clash against Manchester United on Sunday.
The Reds travel to Old Trafford with the hope of avenging last month's gut-wrenching FA Cup quarter-final defeat, and maintaining their place ahead of both Arsenal and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
It is a game that is expected to be anything but straightforward for Jurgen Klopp's side, who have needed to rally late in the second half to claim vital wins against Sheffield United and Brighton & Hove Albion in their most recent fixtures.

In Thursday's 3-1 defeat of the Blades, the Reds were able to welcome Curtis Jones back to action for the first time since he suffered a serious ankle injury against Brentford on February 17. Defender Andy Robertson also returned to the fold after missing last weekend's triumph over Brighton with an injury he sustained while on international duty with Scotland last month.
This weekend should see Liverpool boosted by the return of midfielder Wataru Endo, who suffered a knock last weekend and was therefore left out for Thursday's win against the Blades. Klopp described the Japan international's chances of featuring at Old Trafford as "big".
However, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Diogo Jota and Alisson Becker will not be part of the squad that travels to Old Trafford, that is despite their recovery from injury ramping up in recent weeks. Long-term absentees Joel Matip, Thiago Alcantara and Stefan Bajcetic will also miss out.
