Arsenal continued their sizzling form away from home in the Premier League on Monday evening with a 6-0 thrashing of Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
The Gunners were a goal up inside five minutes through Martin Odegaard, and worse was to come for the Blades. A Jayden Bogle own goal and a Gabriel Martinelli strike made it 3-0 to Arsenal before the 15-minute mark.
Kai Havertz and Declan Rice made it 5-0 before half-time in a cut-throat performance against the relegation-bound side. Ben White added a sixth in the second half to further boost Mikel Arteta side's goal difference.
The Gunners became the first side in the history of England's top four tiers to win three away games by a margin of five or more games, having thrashed West Ham United (6-0) and Burnley (5-0) this year. The north Londoners' victory in Sheffield meant they moved back to two points behind league leaders Liverpool, while boasting a superior goal difference (+45) to both Jurgen Klopp's Reds (+39) and Man City (+35).
It was another five-star display by the majority of Arteta's players. One player who has received plaudits in the last month is Jakub Kiwior.
The Poland international is enjoying his best run in the Arsenal side since his January 2023 move from Spezia. Since coming off the bench to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko at half-time against Liverpool, Kiwior has played every single minute of the Gunners' last five games.
