Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will address the media from 1:30pm today (Wednesday) as he looks ahead to Thursday's fixture at home to Sheffield United.
The Reds boss is expected to provide updates on several players including Diogo Jota and Andy Robertson who have been out injured in recent games. Klopp will be hoping that the injury list is beginning to ease ahead of the busy run-in with Curtis Jones a potential player who could return against the Blades.
Jones has gradually been stepping up his recovery from the injury, particularly over the international break. Klopp hinted on Sunday that the midfielder could make a return to the matchday squad in the near future.
Liverpool know that they could be playing catch-up in the title race by the time they take on Chris Wilder's side. Arsenal are set to host relegation strugglers Luton Town on Wednesday night where a win will see them knock the Reds off top spot before Klopp's side play.
Klopp may also be tempted to reset several key players against Wilder's struggling team with a trip to rivals Manchester United to come on Sunday. The fixture will be played just three weeks after the Reds' FA Cup quarter-final exit at the hands of Erik ten Hag's side.
