The broken collarbone could see the Greece international out of action for up to three months.
Klopp has confirmed the left-back is facing a spell on the sidelines as a result of the injury, leaving Liverpool with further defensive headaches.
“It was massively overshadowed by Kostas Tsimikas’ collarbone issue, definitely broken, so he is out for a long time,” Klopp said.
“The other issues we will have to see. It is hard for us to swallow with the Robbo [Andy Robertson] situation.”
