Paul Gorst - Elliott comes into the front three
First of all, an apology on my behalf: with a League Cup semi-final to come on Wednesday and with the Premier League title surge well and truly underway, I initially discarded today’s game as one Liverpool could afford to lose.

My team (4-3-3): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Quansah, Van Dijk, Gomez; Mac Allister, Jones, Gravenberch; Elliott, Jota, Nunez
