Kaide Gordon made further strides towards returning to Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool selection options as he travelled to Toulouse for their Europa League encounter.
The attacker has suffered numerous injury problems in the last 18 months, namely a pelvic issue, hampering his progress on Merseyside. He returned during their Premier League International Cup draw with Benfica last month before further outings for the under-21s.
Gordon made his first competitive start for Barry Lewtas' side against Barrow in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy on Tuesday, and 24 hours later, he was joining up with the senior squad for their European preparations.

Liverpool suffered defeat on a historic night for the Ligue 1 side. Gordon was an unused substitute during their 3-2 defeat, on Instagram he expressed his disappointment at the result in the south of France but commented on his return to the first-team.
He wrote: "Not the result we wanted but good to be back around it after so long."
During the road to recovery, there have been setbacks for the former Derby County academy prospect suffering one as recently as September when he rolled his ankle. And the pelvic problem proved problematic for Gordon, as it proposed a different injury to a broken bone or muscle tear.
