Klopp made nine changes in midweek but it's unlikely he'll rotate quite as heavily this time around, even if there are a number suspended or injured.
One of his biggest questions is over who will partner captain Virgil van Dijk at centre-back. Joel Matip has started the last four Premier League games and shone at Tottenham - his last-minute goal notwithstanding - but Ibrahima Konate was impressive in midweek alongside 20-year-old Jarell Quansah.
Joe Gomez is another option, but he is also vying for the right-back role with the fit-again Trent Alexander-Arnold. Andy Robertson is almost certain to be recalled at left-back ahead of Kostas Tsimikas, while Alisson Becker will continue in goal with Adrian set to act as deputy in place of the injured Caoimhin Kelleher.
