Liverpool have been given an injury boost after Luis Diaz trained with Colombia on Tuesday.
The Reds winger had suffered an injury in the 4-3 defeat to Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday afternoon with Jurgen Klopp left counting the cost of 120 minutes at Old Trafford.
Klopp revealed after the game that Diaz, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo had all suffered issues with the Reds boss fearful at the time of seeing his already extensive list of injuries increasing to double figures.
"Now, the boys go on international duty, they have to recover," Klopp said. "We hope they come back healthy. We had some problems. Lucho (Diaz) felt his groin, Darwin his hamstring, hopefully it is not [serious]. And Cody Gakpo has twisted his ankle I think. I didn't see it back, so we have to see.

“I don't know when they play their first game but probably in four or five days, it's a crazy schedule. Let's hope they can get through that and then the rest of the season starts."
However, Diaz has eased those concerns of a groin problem after coming through training for his national team on Tuesday afternoon.
The los Cafeteros winger was pictured during the session with his international colleagues as they gear up for their fixtures with Spain, at West Ham's London Stadium and against Romania, in Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano, over the next week or so.
