Man Utd assistant Ramsay WILL be in the dugout for game vs. Fulham on Saturday

Manchester United coach Eric Ramsay has reportedly sealed a move to take over at Minnesota United - but he will be in the dugout for Saturday's game against Fulham.

The 32-year-old is set to become the youngest ever head coach in Major League Soccer.

Ramsey has been working as an assistant under Erik ten Hag and it has been claimed that he would leave Old Trafford immediately.

But Mail Sport understands that the Welshman will be part of the United staff for Saturday's Premier League meeting with Fulham.

Ramsey will become the youngest coach in MLS by a gap of seven years. The next-youngest coach is Nick Cushing of NYCFC, who is 39.

But Ramsay looks set to miss the first two games of Minnesota's season as he finalizes his departure from the UK.

It was claimed earlier this week that he won't leave the Premier League giants until after they face rivals Manchester City on March 3.

By then, Minnesota will have opened their season on the road against Austin FC and played a first game at home against reigning MLS Cup champions, the Columbus Crew.

Ramsay worked with a number of Manchester United managers - including Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick - before taking a larger role within Ten Hag's staff.

He has also served as assistant coach with the Wales national team, with manager Rob Page calling him 'arguably one of the best young coaches in football at this moment in time.'
