Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is enduring another difficult week as pressure mounts with each passing day.
On Tuesday night, the Reds crashed out of European football with a whimper as a 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich ensured there would be no continental matches for United after Christmas. The loss for Ten Hag was compounded further as speculation grows about who INEOS could replace him with, should they wish to.
Sir Dave Brailsford pushed for Graham Potter to be appointed at Nice and the former Chelsea and Brighton boss is highly thought of by Sir Jim Ratcliffe too. This has led to reports in the national press claiming the Englishman is in pole position to takeover from Ten Hag should the time come.
