Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has taken a swipe at Gary Neville after his side returned to winning ways just days after their Carabao Cup final defeat to Liverpool.
The former Manchester United captain unleashed a scathing assessment of the Londoners following the Reds' 1-0 win in the Carabao Cup final. Virgil van Dijk scored a 118th-minute winner for the Reds, despite Jurgen Klopp being without 11 first-team players.
Neville labelled Pochettino's side as 'billion-pound bottlejobs' after failing to win their first trophy since Todd Boehly took over. Chelsea had injury problems of their own but boasted their riches in their squad with the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Since the defeat to Liverpool, Neville's comments have been driving conversation and splitting opinions over his criticism of the Stamford Bridge side. Chelsea returned to action on Wednesday night as they looked to keep their hopes of silverware alive in the FA Cup.
Despite suffering a scare to high-flying Leeds United, Conor Gallagher netted a stoppage-time winner to send Chelsea through to the quarter-final with a 3-2 win.
