Egypt manager Rui Vitoria thinks Mohamed Salah's injury concern isn't 'dangerous' - but concedes it is too early to tell after the Liverpool star sparked concern while at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 31-year-old was forced off on the stroke of half-time during the 2-2 draw with Ghana in their AFCON Group B showdown. Egypt needed to avoid defeat to keep their hopes of progressing into the knockout stages alive, following their point against Mozambique in the group opener.
Vitoria's side will take on Cape Verde in their final match as they look to secure progression but it remains to be seen whether Salah will be fit to feature. Liverpool will be closely monitoring the situation over their star forward who has already missed wins over Arsenal and Fulham so far and could miss another five games even if he's injury free depending on how far Egypt advance in the tournament, with the final scheduled for February 10.
