Former Arsenal midfielder Paul Merson insists Raheem Sterling has no chance of making the England squad for this summer's European Championships.
It has been a season to forget for Chelsea and Sterling. The winger may have posted okay statistics of eight goals and ten assists this season but some of his performances have been hit and miss.

»When Sterling’s hot, he’s unplayable and he turns up in big tournaments. I don’t know if Southgate has made his mind up on him but I don’t see him at the Euros. It’s hard to make a case for him after the weekend."
One Chelsea man who is likely to be on that plane to the Euros is Cole Palmer. The 21-year-old has been the Blues' standout player this season and has already bagged 16 goals and 12 assists.
