The USWNT and Canada are the two soccer teams that will fight for the 2024 SheBelieves Cup title after overcoming two hard-fought semifinals against Japan and Brazil, respectively.
Twila Kilgore’s players came back from one goal down thanks to two goals from Jaedyn Shaw in the first half and Lindsey Horan in the final part of the game.
Canada, meanwhile, needed to go to penalties to get the ticket to the final after their match against Brazil ended in a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes. They ended up winning 4-2.
It was a second straight shootout for the North Americans, who lost the CONCACAF W Gold Cup semifinal 3-1 to the USWNT in March.
