Unfortunately, fans in the United Kingdom who are unable to attend Anfield on Wednesday will not be able to watch the game on television. Despite being the only Premier League fixture to take place on the night, the game won't be shown by Sky Sports or TNT Sports.
The game was originally scheduled to take place this Saturday (24th) at 3pm during the television blackout period and was not selected for TV coverage when the original picks were made. This rule stops any game being played between 2:45pm and 5:15pm on a Saturday from being broadcasted.
TNT Sports are also not showing the game due to their coverage of the UEFA Champions League. Arsenal face FC Porto while Napoli take on Barcelona on the same night.
