Chelsea to battle it out with Euro giants for €25m-rated South American midfielder

Chelsea have been linked with a move for the Argentine midfielder Claudio Echeverri.

According to a report from the Spanish publication Sport, Chelsea and Manchester City are now hoping to secure the services of the Argentine prodigy but they will face competition from Barcelona.
