A devastated Liverpool fan broke down in tears live on talkSPORT after Jurgen Klopp announced his shock Liverpool exit.
The Reds manager stunned the sporting world by revealing he will step down at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Klopp, who will go down in history as one of the greatest Liverpool bosses ever, is currently the longest-serving manager at a single club in English football.
He has delivered every major trophy during a glittering nine-year spell, ending Liverpool's 30-year wait for a Premier League title in 2020 and guiding them to Champions League glory one year earlier.
Klopp was contracted to Anfield until 2026 and Reds fan Paula was left shattered by the news.
The 59-year-old caller burst into tears, live on talkSPORT, before telling Jim White and Simon Jordan: «I'm absolutely devastated. It flashed up on my phone and I thought someone was joking.

»He is everything that Liverpool Football Club stands for. He's emotional. It's just absolutely awful news.
«I'm just hoping he's not ill, we noticed he's lost a bit of weight recently, he's a bit thinner in the face.
»I'm praying that he's well, but I can't forgive him if he's going for the Germany job!"
Klopp allayed any fears about his health during a lengthy interview with Liverpool's official platform, explaining his decision to leave.
When asked whether she could imagine another manager in the Liverpool dugout, Paula suggested Klopp is irreplaceable.
«I'm going to have to,» she added. «I'm 59-years old. I've been through a lot of managers.
»It's a very, very big job. I waited 30 years
