Euro 2024 group stage draw confirmed: England get Denmark; Scotland to face Germany in opener
The group stage draw for the UEFA European Championships 2024 has been made at a ceremony in Hamburg.
England have been drawn with Denmark — who they eliminated in a tense semi-final at Euro 2020 — Slovenia and Serbia.
Meanwhile, hosts Germany will kick off the tournament against Steve Clarke's Scotland in a group which also contains Hungary and Switzerland.
Group B will largely be seen as the 'group of death', with top seeds Spain drawn alongside Croatia, Italy and Albania.
Confirmation of the last three finalists will come in March at the conclusion of the play-offs. Wales will be looking to qualify for a third-successive major tournament with victory at home to Finland and then one of Estonia or Poland.

Euro 2024 will kick-off on 14 June 2024, with hosts Germany hosting Scotland at the Allianz Arena at 8pm BST.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the last 16 after three rounds of fixtures. They will be joined by the four best third-place teams.
