Harry Kane says he's fully focused on his career at Bayern Munich, seemingly ruling out a quick return to the Premier League.
Kane ended a 19-year association with Tottenham Hotspur last summer, costing Bayern a guaranteed €100m plus €10m in potential add-ons to become the Bundesliga's most expensive signing ever.
The 30-year-old has enjoyed great personal success over the course of his career, winning three Premier League Golden Boot awards, the 2018 World Cup golden boot as well as becoming England's all-time record goalscorer. But Kane has never lifted a trophy at club or international level — a primary motive for his move to Bayern.
Unexpectedly, Bayern are on course to surrender their Bundesliga crown to Bayer Leverkusen, while they suffered a humiliating DFB-Pokal exit to third-tier 1. FC Saarbrucken in November. After the game, England's captain was asked about a potential return to the Premier League, where he seemingly ruled out the prospect of a return — in the short-term at least.
